:: fairy laundry. fairy blankets, fairy beds and fairies make their clothes from these. my favorite flower coming up in our gardens, allium globemaster.
my son was diagnosed with poor feeding at 10 months after failing to thrive. we had nursing difficulties from the beginning, which i believe masked his poor feeding, food intolerances and what I have come to learn, Sensory Processing Disorder. To bring my little one's weight up, we offered high calorie, fat and protein rich foods 8 times a day. My little one has had much growth since then. He remains dairy, beef and egg free, which is said to be an intolerance, not an allergy. We have recently come to understand that his "poor feeding" was not a diagnosis as we were led to believe but a symptom of SPD. Now, here's more about me...I'm a wife, designer, and mama to 2 little ones. My days are best spent discovering, exploring, creating, baking, gardening, and enjoying the simple things with my family. I am most inspired by the natural rhythms of the season and by my children. I am most interested in letting my little ones discover, imagine, explore, experience and create through nature, art, music, handwork, their senses and creative play. I believe strongly in creating a home that creates a foundation for a life full of love and learning, one that facilitates their sense of wonder and curiosity, allowing their imagination and creativity to flourish. I hope to fulfill more of my own creative endeavors this year. Lastly, every day we are learning more about the life we want to lead and this is our gradual journey towards it.
