Digging and digging and digging and digging
This is the little natural play area that my husband put together in our yard. He built up the little hill area and arranged some tree stump from the crest of the hill downward to level ground. He finished off the area with some stepping stones. Read more about our natural play area planning here. There has been a lot of digging going on and a bunch of other things as well - hopping, singing, jumping, walking, sitting and tea parties upon the stumps. A puddle after a rainy night provided a lot of enjoyment and play, and of course, muddy feet.

This is an adorable play space for outside. This has inspired me to make one this spring just like this. Thanks for your wonderful blog. Lisa:)
